Robin McAuley's third solo album and second collaboration with Alessandro del Vecchio may well make it onto many people's album-of-the-year lists, its superior production almost perfectly blending McAuley's tremendous voice with well-written and catchy songs. It's very much melodic rock in the vein of H.E.A.T., but there are plenty of callbacks to Robin's hard rock days. Tracks 1-5 are an uninterrupted series of excellent numbers, including the excellent title track and my personal favorite "Bless Me Father." The second half of the album doesn't quite match up, but there still are some standouts ("Stronger Than Before" would be right at home on a MSG release) and even my least favorite songs on here aren't actually bad. This is worth listening to even if you've never heard of Robin, because there's a very good chance it will make you a fan. |

One of the diamonds and pearls in 2023 melodic hard rock. A must have. |

It is terrible that to relaunch itself the great RMC had to use the services of the Italian team. And at the same time it is embarrassing how in the field of melodic metal there is no other source to settle. This monopoly is embarrassing |
