Just right that this belter finally is featured on the site. It's literally crammed with beautiful songs and incredible melodies. Okay, certainly (much) more on the 'harmony' than on the 'heavy' side, but nevertheless essential and indispensable for every music/rock lover. As on his previous records, THE voice propels each of these songs to a sky high level. It's full of passion and soul, and goes right to the heart.

I understand Michael Bolton was once the frontman for a hard rock band Blackjack in the early 1980s. Bolton's early to mid 1980s albums are considered AOR. I get why they would be featured on this site. Also, to a lesser degree, I can go along with The Hunger being listed here, even though it's considered to be the "bridging the gap" album between his previous output and his future output. There is no way anything after that should have been listed on here, though. Soul Provider got on here first, and that definitely shouldn't be on here (although of his albums that came out after The Hunger, it's the one that comes the closest to being worthy of a spot here, which isn't saying much). Then, Heavy Harmonies added Time, Love and Tenderness, which made me think it was a sick joke. With this album being here, Heavy Harmonies might as well list his entire catalog.

Kawshy: they pretty much have, although they're missing that Christmas album you could only get at Hallmark stores (along with the exclusive Waltons Christmas ornament). Hope somebody corrects this grievous omission. Funny, you knew exactly who I was referring to the other day, without me naming him. There's not too much I can say here that I didn't already on Time Love and Tenderness. The HH inner circle will defend this maudlin twat to the death. I say they're getting awfully mellow in their old age.

excellent pop music for MICHAEL BOLTON with great songs and melodies and always of the highest quality in terms of musicianship, production and songwriting!many all the songs standout and One Thing is another fine for Michael and his magic voice!he didnt find success in rock music but he made it in the pop territory
