| 3 uptempo songs, just ok/average an a midtempo ballad. "Closer to Your Heart" is my favorite track, "Come Along" is also good!. I prefer this EP than their "Business or Pleasure" album, there is an unofficial compilation from "Time Warp Records"(2003) contain songs recorded as singles between 1987-1990 and "Winds of Change" is an awesome track. 7.5/10

I've never been too keen on this act honestly...there is a special edition of this mini album with 4 additional bonus tracks wich are ok and basically even better than the ones on this "On The Prowl" one...anyway talking about the songs "(Why Don't You)Come Along" is the best IMO followed by "Take It"...enough said...my rate is 70/100

| Dancin' Outta Control 7 Outta 10 (Why Don't You) Come Along 6 Outta 10 Haven't listened to the others.. Decent Guitars/Vocals/etc...To me seems like BubbleGum Hair Metal...LOL!!! Nothin' special nothin' Horns Down...
