This is an amazing cd. So many Christian bands wrote songs that just weren't as good as the secular bands. SHOUT is NOT one of these bands! This cd is full of huge choruses, amazing hooks, and melodies that will last long after the cd has been put away. Check out "Winners Or Losers"...It will blow you away!!! God Bless... |

I totally agree with Jordan. I really enjoy this album--every song! |

Thier best album, even better than their Magdallan effort. |

did anyone know that Ken Tamplin is Sammy Hagar's cousin? |
From: Kim HP | Date: May 9, 2004 at 20:42 |
really? no I didn't know that... Well regarding this album i have it on a 2on1 CD including also "In Your Face"...some really good songs here like "Never Stop" and "Shout" although some of the tracks are a bit too "happy" sounding for my tastes.. but anyway, a good album! |

Wow, these guys almost made Nelson look like heavy metal! :-D I like the songs here, but that keyboard driven AOR / pop was never really my thing. Granted, for what it is this is done well... in places. Okay CD but not a fave of mine. |

this is a killer rock album, again, see my review on the second album, why wasn't Ken a huge star, he has to be one of the top 5 vocalists!!!! I prefer the other album over this by a hair, but some great songs here as well, Never stop, Winners, Find a Waw, why isn't the 2003 album Shout Back listed here?? that was also a great one!!! |

8/10. Saludos.. |

I was really looking forward to this one, due to the many good reviews here. Sadly, I was disappointed. This is not horrible, bit seems generic. I have never cared much for Tamplin's voice or his playing. His soloing drives me crazy. It sounds like alot of noodling to me. Reminds me of Axel rudi pell's soloing. Alot of notes, but not much feeling or "thought out" solo's. Maybe it's the production style too that turns me off. Very middy sounding and rough, to my ears. Again, not bad, but not great either. |

First comment here is spot on. Hooks and chorusses is what this album is about. Dancin around the world and Shout are melodic rock gems. Awesome guitar solos. Worth the purchase alone. Winners or losers, Showdown, Timeless Love, Without You are excellent catchy rock songs. Great vocals. Awesome album 91/100 |
