this is a great release. Very good songs of pure GLAM METAL. Very raw recordings but very very cool. Glam metal forever. |

Excellent raw Glam/Sleaze cd from Hard Knox. This is the way Galm is supposed to sound like. This is a must in your collection. All the songs are great Glam/Sleaze that won't dissapoint especially if you like Roxx, Alley Cat Scratch, CrashDiet, Eat The Gun early Roxx Gang. I also have another demo that has songs not on this CD and it also Rocks!!! I hope Perris can release another cd from Hard Knox (any chance Tom???). Rated 9.5/10. |

While not the best glam/sleaze-metal band to ever emerge, fans of the genre will like what these guys serve up. There's no denying the skill here, with loud guitars, catchy hooks, and an overall vibe that is in tight synchronicity with what glam-metal is all about. There's also some rough & ready attitude to be found, as would be expected from such a group. Fans of Skin N' Bones, Sweet Teaze, Syanide Kick, and bands of that ilk will find this one is right up their alley... |

With the exception of the first track which just didn't do it for me, what we have here is a very good Sleaze/Glam Metal album. Production wise, yeah it could have been better but i've definitely heard worse. |

Ok guys my appreciation about this album is like this...songs are good but the production kills them shamely ,it makes them sound kinda boxed and the voice of Gene Hadley is like a Vince Neil "wanna be" type of at certain parts of the songs...anyway,"Get Up","Combat Alley","Back Out In The Heat" & "Young And Proud" are good rocking ones,"Getaway" & "Love Or Money" are ones and "Nothing Ever Last Forever" is a goodie one..87/100 |
