If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Tambora CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Tambora are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I've heard mixed reviews on this one. Is it a lost gem or an overhyped POS? Thanks!

Lost gem...definitely! 'Falling to Pieces', 'Desire's Calling' , & 'Kid Zero' are all top quality rockers, and 'Hand Me Down Dreams' is a great ballad. One of the current indies that has popped up that is definitely NOT over-hyped in my opinion.

I used to go to school with the Schroedl brothers and remember Jeff pretty well, always a very dedicated guitarist. He ended up transcribing tab books for Cherry Lane and a whole bunch of other things all having to do with music-I have about 9 songs that weren't on this disc plus a bunch of Jeff's solo tunes that were pretty good but more along the lines of Satriani. Very decent slice of hair metal that reminds me of a talented Warrant-they also did a killer cover of Leppard's Lady Strange live.

excellent hard rock indie from TAMBORA back in 92!imagine WARRANT,TESLA&RIVERDOGS getting together bun not as good as all those bands and without the commercial edge that would push things fyrther!the guitar players are truly amazing and this is their strongest part!i d say that this is a grower and you need to spin it 4-5 times in order to dig it!TAMBORA is a fine hard rock indie and highly recommended to those who search deeper the golden eraof our beloved genre!

Some stark contrasts on this disc make for some very interesting listening. Smooth guitars predominate, sometimes acoustic and at others......crunching and searing with mellow harmony vocals. Closest comparison I can make is with SHARK ISLAND.
