Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board ClosureThe company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan |

Didn't like this one at all. Too Progy/Poppy for me. Kinda wierd. Cross Bad asia songs with bad Fleetwood and throw in some Madness. All my opinion, guess some might like it. |

Incredible good pop/aor from this obscure band(I think obscure because comments here are really hundreds ahahaha). That's perfect aor with no generic tunes(just somethin'as normal).Every instrument is clear and every player is great here.Very recommended disc. Also the second one is very good but this one is better IMO.Typical german voice style but it's the rightest singer for that release.9/10! |

Very simple AOR album with some Prog passages here and there..reminded me of Saga in occasions and the voice of Olaf Baumann is very alike to Michael Sadler...after an intro comes "War To Peace" which is ok,"Flame" is decent,"To A Friend" is smoothie and nice,"Maybe,Diana" is a good song,"A Second Of Weakness" is a very nice ballad,a highlight in here that along with "Thunderman" are the best ones of the album..for curiosity is fine but nothing to go and kill for...in fact could be easily forgotten..80/100 |
