Good Rythms,Cool songs,Fun vibe. The lyrics are interesting:I bet Kevin steele is a western movies afficionados because most of the songs use this imagery, transposed in a modern urban world.I like it. HEY!I'm listening to it while I'm writing this! :"HOT FOR LOVE" must be the SLEAZIEST song that was even sung.I bet Tipper Gore sure looooves it.

I really dig this cd. They come across a lot harder than you would think. These guys always struck me as having a little more diversity than the average band of this genre. Check out the album "Mojo Gurus" by these guys. GREAT album.

Stone Dead Drunk is an awesome song, a great song to have a couple drinks too and play some billiards with your buddies. Some of the other songs are OK, but this one is my favorite.

Have to agree with you RichieRocker- Stone Dead Drunk Again is great.

From: SleazyMusic Date: June 3, 2002 at 9:30
well, the production is poor... but songs like "Daddy's farm", "Time bomb", "Hot Lanta" are perfect for a night out with your buddies...drinking, smoking, snorting..you know....it's the same ol' rock and roll way, maaaan I gave it: 7,5

I own this CD, it's totally awesome kickass rock n' roll the way it should be. At least it was a breath of fresh air in 1995 with all of the alternative shit that was on the radio back then. Sleasy music I kind of agree with you with on the production but i've heard much worser than this.

From: kerrang Date: September 30, 2004 at 5:21
great album "stone dead drunk" rulezz!

Had to listen to Stone Dead Drunk Again, once again. Overall, Kevin wasn't as sharp as he was on the debut, but sounded great on this song. I really enjoy Mr. Blades playing on this and Hot For Love.

From: edwithmj Date: January 24, 2012 at 13:14
Not bad, Stone Dead Drunk is certainly the best track here but apart from that there isn't a lot here to keep me interested - much like the debut.

From: steve72 Date: January 14, 2021 at 7:50
According to an interview with Kevin Steele this album was recorded on the heels of 'Things You've Never Done Before' with the TYNDB lineup. They split with Virgin, took the tapes & it was released through Perris a few years later after member changes. Stacey Blades plays on only 2 songs that were added (Time Bomb & Thick As Thieves). Worth a revisit with all this in mind.
