Very average IMO. Poor production, vocalist Rob Tyrant is a little annoying after 15-20 min, and with the exception of "What's Yours Is Mine" and just can't find a good chorus here. Better lucky next time guys...

Very bad disc. No power, no emotions, no pathos... Great musicians, but good music is different.

I think this disc is pretty good. Prog rock in the vein of Dream Theater cept there isn't a song over 5 minutes . Excellent guitar work.

Knowing Alex's past works, I thought this would be a great one, this is ok, it is a kinda heavy thing with prog elements, which does not work, nothing really prog cause the songs are on the short side and never develop into long prog tunes. Some of the songs are good but for some reason this one does not do it for me, production is weak, just an average disk, for the type of sound, Cloudscape is a better cd.

It's like a blend of melodic rock and prog, with a few melodic metal riffs thrown in track 5, "All In A Crime" which is an awesome song! If they could only make an entire album with whatever formula they used there I'd be first in line. Aside from that, the only other song that interests me is "Get Off The Dime" which passes for a melodic rock track. The rest of the album is interesting, like prog with a bit of focused melody. Overall, not too bad, but there's plenty better stuff to buy. 4.1/10

whoops, messed up on my rating a bit and failed to mention the other very good song here, "Silence" which is a nice builder that has some brilliant melodies. 5.2/10

Me rectifico: 8.5/10
