If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular The 69 Eyes CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from The 69 Eyes are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

A few gothic influences creep into the mix here, largely on lead single "Velvet Touch", so the overall tone's a little darker than before... but nothing more than that of Bang Tango, Bang Gang, The Cult, D.A.D. etc. The song-writing's occasionally more mature, but still overflowing with sleaze; tracks like Ghettoway Car absolutely rip, it's a shame that this was the last album on which they truly just performed care-free rock n roll. 8/10

Just returned from a record fair and I picked up 'Blessed be' and when I put it in the CD player I was stunned, what the hell... Mental note for self: write down titles of the 69 eyes from HH. Apparently this band felt an urge to go gothic on us, F* that! There's more than a truckload filled with gothic crap, make Rock n' Roll the old-fashioned and positive way then we will like the 69 eyes. Having said that..anyone wanna buy a copy of Blessed be? :-P
