Wot, no comments here - that's a surprise! This is a GEM! A fantastic mix of raw emotion with some great choruses and guitar work care of Stevie Salas! This is IMO SJ's best work. Most songs have a southern feel and there are some good rockers (tracks 2,11) and ballads including the cracking 'Cry Baby'. Recommended and should defintely NOT be classified as funk rock! |

This lovely Lady was Rumored to be trying out for the Mighty VH.... That could have been really interesting..that's why I picked it up... She's got a killer voice/look,but the songs don't support her talent...would like to hesr something a little harder...killer band..the songs 2,3,11 are pretty cool.... |

This Girl have an amazing band, but the songs are lack of soul, have it´s good moments but I can´t find nothing special here. |

Another album that i recently undusted and gave it another listening...Sass is like a raw mix of Tina Tuner & Joyce "Baby Jean" Kennedy(Mother's Finest)...z4roxx,my friend, did u find this album or she as a singer so mediocre???...a matter of tastes but i do not find neither the album nor her so bad...anyway "Make You a Believer","If You're Gonna Love Me","Who Do You Think You Are","Windin Me Up","Do What Ya Want","Where There's A Will" & "Time Flies" are decent good rocking songs...funk???...rocking tracks with some southern feel is what we find in here, her voice is perfect for that sound...89/100 |
