It's December 2001 and there are no coments about this release. I guess that would tell you not to buy this one. Hear is my comment...I listen to this before I was to buy it in my local cd shop. I put it back. Not my Ozzy that I knew.

Other than "Perry Mason" and "My Jeckyll Doesn't Hide" this CD is not up to the usual Ozzy snuff. To me, those 2 songs make it worthwhile, especially due to the fact that "Perry Mason" is not on the Hits disc.

This is not heavy Ozzy like we know him but it is still an awesome album, second only to Blizzard of Ozz in my opinion. Perry Mason is awesomely cool and heavy, the other stuff is just a lot more easygoing than people might expect.

1995 was a pretty dismal year for hard rock, but this album brought along some hope. While it's not quite as good as NO MORE TEARS, it's still a pretty strong album. "See You on the Other Side" is the best ballad he's ever done, and there are plenty of rockin' songs on this as well. If you didn't like this one originally, give it a 2nd chance. It's worth it.

Ozzy is a joke,he is just a cartoon character. He hasn't made anything worth listening to since 'No Rest'.Dio,on the other hand is still valid making killer albums and touring the world many times over while never having to cancel shows due to alcholic tremors and wasted years of self-abuse.--Good Luck Oz .

Sorry Scandinavia : usually I'm on your side, but Wizard is right ! This is brilliant hardrock (don't call it heavy metal please !). The first track 'Perry Mason' is pure heaven man. Heavy as hell, and played brilliantly ! It blows out of your speakers ! One of the best of his FANTASTIC career, if not the best ! And I'm commenting the right album !

I didn't think this sucked. Like I said on an earlier date, this is not up to Ozzy's potential, especially after the brilliant "No More Tears". This does have its moments, however. "Perry Mason" just absolutely rocks on every scale imaginable. "My Jeckyll Doesn't Hide" is another gem. "See You On The Other Side" is just OK and everything else seems to fall off quite a bit. But, again, it doesn't suck.

I think that this cd is one of those ones you have to hear a couple of times to fall in love with the music there. It can be like a bullshit at first, but a second listen and you'll love it. As it happened to me. As some people says that this is nothing compared to OZZY'S classic albums, this is not a total bullshit neither. In fact, it has some cool stuff here, like: "Perry Mason", "I Just Want You", "See You On The Other Side", and others. Give this one at least just one more chance!

This one was a disappointment, nothing to write home about. May be time for some new blood in the band.

AMAZING ALBUM..MAYBE IT'S NOT THE OZZY OF THE PAST YEARS..BUT IT IS A REALLY COOL ALBUM..A CHANGE ALWAYS IS GOOD...AND OZZY DID A CHANGE ON THIS ALBUM.I THINK THAT THIS CD IS MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN THE OTHERS.!

Recomendable. 8.5/10

A pretty weak disc overall, with sluggish songs and a weird, processed sound. I mean, I heard "Perry Mason" on the radio the first time, and thought "What the hell is this?" It's a good song, but a little "happy" for the Prince of Darkness, and the drum and bass sounds are just downright strange. "See You On The Other Side" was the other big single, and a song I have liked, but salvageable moments are "Thunder Underground" and "My Jekyll Doesn't Hide."
