I don't find this CD very memorable aside from "Pure And Easy." This isn't a horrible CD by any means, but it's not a masterpiece by any means either. |

It's worth the price just for Roxxanne if you can get it cheap. It does contain some other decent stuff but by no means a classic.I would give it 6.5 / 10 |

I love the song 'Pure and easy'! Almost sounds like a Goo Goo Dolls song to be honest. Never got into the rest of the album - pretty below average rock, IMO, but a killer first song. |

I picked this album up a long time ago (early 2000s) at a second hand record store I used to frequent (now long gone). It was one of those purchases where nobody even knew who they were so it was thrown into the el cheapo part of the shop for £1. I wasn't sure whether they would be good or not, but who worries about that when you spend £1? From what I gather and from his appearance on the album and also in the producer chair, these guys were basically a pet project for Brad Whitford of Aerosmith. Most other people have already summed this up. Certainly not bad, just not that memorable either. First two tracks are the true gems of the album, the rest just washes over you. Good background music basically. Weirdest thing for me is they kinda sound like bands from the UK scene like Dogs D'amour. That kinda trashy sound that bands like that did, just not as good. |
