Some of Swedish aor hall of famers, good production, Per Gessle of Roxette wrote some songs, and we got another nice piece of AOR music. I prefer R.O.C.K album over this one, but it's still good enough to grab it.

A slightly little more on the rock side over the debut, and closer to Bai Bang than others. Still if you like Evenrude you'll enjoy this. I prefer this one, but neither albums really blew my mind and I'm a HUGE fan of Scandi / European melodic hard rock.

KILLER TRACK, PURE MELODIC EXTACY!

From: z4roxx Date: January 18, 2005 at 18:15
I've seen Bai Bang on concert and the best tracks they played were of that marvellous cd!I love this Sha-Boom cd,much more better than the debut, too much poppy and with"electronic"influences. This one is a must for any aor fans, songs as"Let's Party","the wild ones","don't stop","lost in a feelin'"and"rock this city"will live forever!!9,5/10

I really like this cd good party rock. Has anybody heard of the New cd that Sha-boom is doing, I read little bits and pieces when Fiiiore came out but nothing since.

I found it little worse than debut...more rockin but with pretty much the same attitude...no dissapointment for fans of debut... BTW I don't see any comparisons to Bai Bang...BB is harder with agressive vocals band...much diffrent than poppy keyboard drive Sha-Boom...IMO

From: Geoff Date: February 5, 2005 at 16:19
Hey Vandervelde... I see what you're saying, probably comparing this to Bai Bang's ballsy 'Riding high' CD, but where I got my comparisons from is Bain Bang's 'Attitude' album (Which you may not have?), which is still heavier than Sha Boom, but same style of song writing... not to mention the fact that 'X-Ray specs', Werewolf', Desperado' and 'Don't stop' are also all featured on the 'Attitude' album! Hope it explains a little better mate. Cheers

"The wild ones", "X-ray specs" & "Werewolf" are my favourites .. of course they are poppy styled "party rocker" but if you like the most of the scandinavien melodic bands here, I guess you will love these too Huuuuu .. I didn't know that LISA NILSSON did backings on this one .. someone remembers the great pop/AOR CD "Lean on love" from her ??

BRUTAL!!! Rock festivo con auténticos temazos como: Wild Ones, Don't Stop o Lost in a Feeling.

From: caritosmatanza Date: January 27, 2006 at 8:48

LET'S PARTY ROCK!!! This funtastic slice of scandinavian happy-rock shows a more mature Sha-Boom than in the debut. They can do hard-rock, melodic-rock and AOR all in one song! Take a look at the credits on this one and you'll see that they're all there. The rock masters of Scandinavia didn't want to miss the opportunity of being part of one of the best albums ever made. If you like Evenrude, Dag Finn, Skagarack, Treat and Fate, mixed with Dream Police, Roko and Don Patrol than this is for you!
