Excellent album!! Hard to believe it was made in 89'as it sounds like it could come out next week and still be relevant. Kinda a Scatterbrain (remember them?), Ugly Kid Joe type of thing going with way more "hair" metal leanings than those bands. The ballads here are just top notch that add just a little more to the cliched 80's metal ballads. Just incredible depth to the ballads here. The guitar work and bass playing are EONS beyond anything in 89' & "Piranha" is great mindless fun!!!

I used to tour with these guys right up to the end. Wish I could get in touch with them again. (I was tour mgr & bottle washer) One of the most fun bands I ever toured with. (And there were plenty!) If any of you LT guys are out there, contact me at rbn_banks at hotmail dot com.

Exciting news people.... the boys are playing two shows in June! The Stage Stop in Memphis and an un-determined Dallas venue (either Deep Ellum Live or club Indigo.) the prospect of any dates beyond that will depend on how fun these two turn out. Everyone is somewhat spread out across the country. Terry's webite: www.glazedmusic.com Jimmy R's website: http://www.jimmyr.net Danny Brown (the 5th Beatle of LT)

Also.... If you liked this CD then you'd REALLY like the "demo" versions that I recorded of the band between 1986 and 1992. We have all decided that they best captured the true sound of the band. Things got WAY over produced and changed for the Def Gods of Babylon CD. Almost no one in the band is especially proud of that record in retrospect. If you asked really nicely at either Jim's or Terry's website you could MAYBE get a copy of some of those sessions. The ZRock show from 12/89 is the best r

From: Ernest Date: February 1, 2005 at 3:45
This album really sucks.I don't understand why people give good words for such stupid albums where 's nothing in it.Probably the nostalgia for the good years in Rock.In the good years and even now I don't pay atention to such bands.I play better music anyway.

From: Mike Date: February 11, 2005 at 23:50
Ernest is an idiot!...I bet he's the next American Idol !!!Very Good Album, sounded good back then and still sounds good

From: Tormentor77 Date: June 17, 2005 at 1:16
Hi all! Does anybody have albums of these guys in mp3 or something like that. It's absolutely impossible to find their CDs over here in Russia And it looks like there are only a couple of their fans over here. And I've got only a couple of tracks in very poor quality. Thanks!

From: BIG-TIME Date: May 2, 2007 at 12:05
I kind of agree with Ernest after 'In Your Eyes' the album goes down hill all the way in a big way. The last 4 tracks are complete crap, that sort of fun, rap, stupid rock not my taste at all. DEFO not worth more than $10 or the £5 that I paid hahahaha, (LOL) but the first 6 tracks are good but not memorable, WAITED AAAAAAGEESS to get this but i'll stick with Merzy...KEEP ROCKIN ALL!!!

From: Rob Rocker Date: September 10, 2010 at 14:10
There are a few good songs here, but mostly filler. IMO, "East Coast Rose" and "Foolish Love" are the only good songs on the CD. There seems to be a lack of identity to this band/CD, and I also don't care for the gimmick songs/rap/attemps of humour. If you can find it cheap, there is enough passable material for a listen, but definetly not worth more than $5.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: April 12, 2011 at 16:07
Very good rock album by Lord Tracy..in fact is quite recommendable(when you use the word "recommended" among thousand of good releases is because the album musically talking has its tools well set)..."East Coast Rose" has been an all time personal fave but add to that "Chosen Ones"(nice),"In Your Eyes" & "Fooloish Love"...some other goodies could be the rocking ones "Out With The Boys","Barney's Wank/Whatchadoin'" & the trash metal song "Piranha" ...good vocalist by the way...93/100

The Greatest Sleaze/Hair Metal Album ever, nothing more to say

From: hair metal again Date: February 23, 2022 at 8:46
Strange band that LORD TRACY ,as they had some serious potential but they put a lot of fun in their music and somehow they didnt hit the post!when they seriously rocked they offered a fine guitar driven sound in songs like "east coast rose","she s a bitch" and "in your eyes" ,but they also had some good ballads like "chosen ones" or "foolish love"!good stuff but they should be more consistent

From: Dramarama Date: April 15, 2024 at 22:59
