Does anyone know anything about this release?? |
From: Geoff | Date: November 28, 2004 at 19:59 |
This is a good melodic hard rock release. Good sound, good vocals, good songs and overall a good solid melodic hard rock CD. 'Bed of roses' is my fave, but there is nothing too bad on this one at all. Not groundbreaking, but at a decent price I'd highly recommend it. Good solid stuff. |

Sorry Geoff, gotta disagree as this is pretty average. None of the songs are particularly memorable, and the vocalist sounds like the guy from the Little Angels (which is not a good thing IMO). Very standard melodic rock with no great hooks or melodies in any of the songs makes for a release that will sit collecting dust in any decent melodic rock collection. 5/10. |

No need to apologise Tim, and I agree it's not a great album, but as I said above, I think it's a pretty good effort. I find huge hooks on 'When you're dreaming' (Singing it in my head now, probably months since I heard the CD!), 'Bed of roses' has a killer hook and especially the last song - not a fave, but I think these guys know a pretty solid hook when they meet one. As I said, not groundbreaking and I think I got it free so that's why it sounds sweeter, but either way, give 'em a chance |

Leí que se parecian a Harem Scarem y me lo compre. No tienen nada que ver malas canciones, pobre producción, por ahí un corito pero es el disco que menos me gusto y al final me decise de el. |

Havent checked this lil gem out in quite awhile...and to be completely honest, i must ask myself why? This disc is chalk full of hooks n melodies..."I the clown" is a beautiful ballad,"Bed of Roses" will keep you humming, not really a bad tune on here. i think Geoff said it best that its "Not ground breaking" but then again...what really is nowadays? Highly recommended lil gem to have it any hard rocker's metal collection!! Pick it up |

Wow, was totally taken by surprise by this CD. Great mix of AOR & melodic hard rock. Highly recommended. And you can usually find it for pretty cheap too. |

I think all of the elements are there (solid vocals and guitars)-but there are way too many keyboards for me-it makes it sound dated. |
