Great pop metal with lots of character. Vocals can be a bit high at times...

From: Drag-in-Bones Date: May 11, 2002 at 7:45
These guys are born Hellraisers! The bands song-writing skills are far and away the best thing about "Little Angels" who utilize acoustic guitars and piano in ways not normally associated with heavy metal.

From: Seabloom Date: May 29, 2002 at 9:05
This is in my opinion the best Little Angel Album together with Young Gods.

Pretty boy rock, rolled about in the dirt all day before jumping out and kicking your a$$. This album ROCKS!

From: Gar Date: November 12, 2003 at 17:28
Good, good stuff. Faves are "Kickin' Up Dust" & "Promises", but there are no bad tracks to be found. My cd has a different cover(must be the American version).

Maravilloso Grupo, tristemente olvidado q en 1989 nos dejo un discazo impresionante!! 6'5 sobre 10!!

Dan Reed (Dan Reed Network) helped pen several traks... several of the best tracks!

From: Patrick Date: March 25, 2004 at 16:42
These guys were seriously under rated. The Darkness have learned a thing or two about the Little Angels.

From: Blue Tequila Date: October 8, 2004 at 16:58
Lighter side of Hard Rock but a great album. I love the piano that can be heard in several songs, which adds some great character to what would have otherwise been a run of the mill standard sound for 1989. About the only thing I didn't really care for was when the singer goes for the high notes. "Pleasure Pyre" and "Do You Wanna Riot" are kickass songs.

i just bought this cd.i'm surprised that no-one mentioned the fact that they sound a bit like Skid Row!this is a pretty sleazy release for a British band,in my opinion!not so much the Jovi pop style, but more angry stuff.you can actually find things in here that remind everything, from Skid Row,Cinderella,Poison,to Iron Maiden and Helloween(on Bitter And Twisted!)!!!the singer sounds a bit too much sometimes(on high notes).hope the second one is better...

From: Geoff Date: January 16, 2005 at 1:58
Good hard rock, but another one I didn't get into at all. The songs remind me of bands like Quireboys and Rock City Angels but with a more balls. Either way, the songs just didn't interest me. A pretty cool ballad on this one though.

From: metalmastermusic Date: August 14, 2008 at 8:43
I am not seeing a Skid Row comparison here at all. These guys are definetly talented. Great mix of piano and keys on this album. It is one of the most overlooked albums for sure. Fave tracks are 1,2,3,4 and Radical Your Lover is very very catchy. 85/100

Good rocking release...hard rock with a positive vibe!!!..."Do You Wanna Riot","Big Bad World","Don't Pray For Me"(nice),"Radical Your Lover"(my all time personal favorite ),"Promises","When I Get Out Of Here"(rocks) & "Bitter & Twisted" (kick some a**) are the best shots of the album...Toby Jepson & C.o. delivering a major hit in here!!!.92/100
