If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular W.A.S.P. CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from W.A.S.P. are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I really do get why bands do these re-records. During the 80s they were signed to big record labels who own the rights to the albums, and can either delete the albums so nobody can buy them or keep releasing material recorded during that era making money off them while the artist makes next to nothing. That said if they are going to do this, they really should try to stick as close to the original as possible and maybe throw in a few new tracks or re-records of unused demos from that era as a bonus. This album is actually one that almost stays true to the original, at least soundwise. Where it fails though is down to Blackies born again Christian morals. No cussing on Blackies watch. The altered lyrics in Chainsaw Charlie are laughably bad. Reality is, this one is only for diehard collectors (even I waited til I picked it up cheap)
