Hey, this is very hard to find (and very expensive)! It was released in 1993, with great reviews of various rock magazines: the record is a great example of Bon Jovi sound ("Slippery When Wet" and "New Jersey" era), with great melodies and choruses!

i agree with glamster, the opener is a kickass rock tune and the rod stewart cover is just awesome.. Great ep..

These guys have a full album, which sort of lost me. I thought a lot more of them after this brief, but solid EP. A little more laid back than prime Bon Jovi and the lead singer reminds me of the dude from Roxy Blue... but this is a pretty good melodic rock CD. Good songs.

Now this is worth tracking down. It may cost you, but anyone who loves that Bon Jovi "Slippery..." sound from bands like: Blue Tears/Intuition/Danger Danger 1st/Paul Laine 1st/HotBoy/De Mont etc. will love this. "Long Arm of Love" particularly is a monster tune and worth the entry price alone. The full album was a disappointment, but this is killer AOR all the way. 9/10.

Found this in a pawn shop today for $3 and it was worth every penny. I probably would have paid 10X the price. The production was the first surprise... excellent for an indie. The sound is pure 80s Bon Jovi, Aldo Nova, Surgin, Blonz, Paul Laine style. "Long Arm of Love" is indeed a monster, but "No More Secrets" and "Ride the Rainbow" are great as well. This is a solid hit of Jersey commercial hard rock and certainly one of the better indies out there.

I'm listening to Long Arm Of Love right now and they do indeed sound alot like Bon Jovi too bad Bon Jovi don't sound like this anymore only thing about this CD is it's very short but it still kicks some serious ass i like this one better than the new CD they came out with in 2003 i love Ride The Rainbow easily the best song on the CD along with Long Arm Of Love, Stay With Me and Painted Horse and espically No More Secrets that song just flat out rocks get this CD if you can find it because it rocks.

Really nice Ep...enjoyable songs, good solid vocals, what else could ask for???... ...in fact 5 out of the 6 tracks were my hooks! ..."Long Arm Of Love" excellent way 2 start the whole thing,"Stay With Me" is a cover of Rod Stewart,"No More Secrets" nice AOR song,"Ride The Rainbow" great song, perhaps the best???,IMHP yes! & "Painted Horse" which i liked better in its acoustic version rather than the original one...good choice to have guys...Bon Jovi influenced???...a bit but didn't link it too much with the guy from New Jersey...92/100

From: hair metal again Date: November 21, 2017 at 10:25
excellent debut ep for GWG certainly under the BON JOVI influence and in fact doing it real good!i totally agree with what koogles stated and i suggest you grab it like i did when you find it in front of you
