The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Cinema Face CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Cinema Face are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

A Blast from the past this one - remember getting this on vinyl when it came out in '83. Difficult to pigeon hole this one, but playing it back now it definately has some Saga'ish influences about it - very good in places aswell. Don't know anything else about this band except the follow up 'Face Card' from 1996 was not a patch on this one.

From: Swazi Date: December 30, 2006 at 18:08
Definitely a blast from the past as Jez has been saying. This one has basically been spinning the whole day today and I'm having problems taking it out of the player. It is THAT great !! I'd say this is nearly perfect AOR. Just listen to "For Your Own Good", "Can't Buy My (Deepest) Love", "Number 13" or "How Long ?" and you'll know what I mean. Get it ASAP !!

You know what I sold this a few years back, and usually I like what Jez and Swazi like so I might just have to get it again. I really don't think I gave it a chance back then. I remember at the time thinking it reminded me of long lost Canadian band Mannequin which isn't a bad thing. Ugly Sisters was a great track though. Time to get the dosh out to buy it again (jeeeez I hate buying stuff twice!)
