If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Backyard Babies CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Backyard Babies are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Very intersting two disc set. The majority of the first disc is terribly produced (understandably), but it's interesting to hear; then known-as Tyrant, the band are completely unrecognisable - pure 80s metal. Once the Backyard Babies kick in at the end of CD1 and for all of CD2 you can hear their early sleaze-glam days (decent production), which sound a lot like Faster Pussycat at times (the band say they were a huge influence). Only for the die-hards, but worthwhile, cool free videos too! 7/10

As soon as you see the word demo you know the production probably won't be very good but aside from that there's some good tunes on here. I'm not sure about the idea of combining all of this into one package as the earlier stuff is def. different than what we've come to expect from the Babies. Who would have thought a song named "Warriors of Glory" would end up on a Backyard Babies disc? Still an essential purchase for Backyard Babies fans.

The first cd is just ok, but the second cd is awesome, all the songs are backyard babies at their best, im liking it more and more with each listen. Grab it if u can.

OK, it is demos, so the sound quality is not there. Boo Hoo. It's the songs themselves, that's the key here. Disc one is a WTF moment really. The songs themselves are awsome for what they are. You just have to remember, this is not the Babies you are used to. Some of this stuff is even more refined than "Desiel And Power", although the production is sub-par. Disc two is the real treat, as it is loaded with killer tunes more in the vien of the current Babies sound. Worth for this disc alone.
