Think Mother Love Bone meets Ugly Kid Joe with enough melody to get them signed in 1992. Yes, this is hard rock, but definately more college alternative than AOR or Glam. I like this cd for a change of pace, but it probably wouldn't be a favortie of most of the HH faithful. "Goodbye" is the strongest track. |

I love this band, I saw them several times before thei issued this record. They are from Portland,Oregon. I would describe them as a cross between Jane's Addiction, something grunge & something glam. The result is an odd combination that worked well & a unique sound. Unfortunately they issued only one disc, but well worth the money that you can pick one up used for. You might want to check out the Bill & Ted's Gogus Journey soundtrack, they have a great song on that too! 8.5 rating. |

Man, Trick Taylor is a man of good and very accurate reviews. Agree 100% with his comparisons and pretty much all words on this CD. Unfortunately I didn't get into this CD, though they have a good beefy sound. Just not enough good songs, IMO, but as Trick says it's a bit of a different one and maybe an aquired taste. |

Trick's description fit perfectly but also throw in a little bit of Electric Love Hogs as well. Great cd but if you're one of those who doesn't think Mother Love Bone fit in on this site you probably won't care for this one either. |

Oh yeah and "Goodbye" def has a strong Vain vibe going too. Killer track. |

For me this is an excellent example of catchy and well arranged cross over between funky and metal.Didn't hear the Mother Love Bone band but I am agree about the Ugly Kid Joe comparison(I did play their covers 15 years ago!).8.5/10! |

This band is pretty cool like sixxswine said above there something glam and something grunge they're a little different from other glam metal bands they have their own sound that stands out kind of like in a saigon kick kind of way mixing metal with grunge but they still kick ass too bad they only made one cd the song showdown from the bill and ted's bogus journey is pretty cool. |

well, some cool tunes but not so much for me, Glam hardrock with some kind of attitude but mmmfff... Quite agree with Geoff here. 7/10 |

These guys actually remind me a lot of Love/Hate with some Janes Addiction a dash of Saigon Kick... Pretty good overall and definitely worth owning for the low price it commands, if you're a fan of the above mentioned bands. |
