Espectacular !!!!!!!!!!!! 10/10 |

Face of terror and Sheltered use some fine George Bush samples to great effect. There is something for everyone on these discs and are great value for money. Some fine rock/alternative/nu-breed/aor its all here Buy it!! |

"Face of Terror" actually reminds me of Def Leppards "Gods of War". There's tons of great stuff on these CDs, with the first 5 tracks being straight-ahead commercial hard rock like a Winger or latter-day Def Leppard, but afterwards takes some twists and turns. A few modern elements creep in, but the quality of songs always remains high and there's surprisingly little filler on these 30 tracks. Killer ballad "Windows" is my personal favourite, but any fan of 80's MHR needs this. 8.5/10. |

With 30 great songs, this 2-CD set is a true bargain. As others have said, there is something here for everyone, from straight-up melodic hard rock to fist-pumping, riff-stomping nu-metal, to saccharine-sweet AOR, but always with the emphasis on catchy hooks, good choruses, & layered backing vocals. If you ain't got the coin for this one, consider heading to the nearest sperm bank, making a deposit, and collecting the cash to get your hands (please wash them first) on this excellent release. |

GREAT!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! TRUE MASTERPIECE!!! MUST HAVE!!! |
From: Mitch | Date: November 10, 2004 at 9:36 |
Love the discs. I cannot believe you get two cds at that unbelievable price. I bought it and it hasn't come out of the player yet. There's a song for every mood I could possibly be in. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! |

They are making a album full of covers. I can't wait !! |
From: Rockhead | Date: November 10, 2004 at 13:12 |
The covers album is available from their website-I have it and it is excellent-espeically the opening track which at nearly 15 minutes long is like a rock jukebox. As usual excellent. |

C´mon, am I the only one who thinks this sucks big time? 30 songs and a couple of good rocking songs...too little for me. Full of nu-breed/modern songs, not for my taste, definitely... |
From: miles | Date: January 4, 2005 at 4:01 |
sucks ass |

Just ok in my book. There are some moments. Just don't expect too much. Alot to say considering this is a two disk set. While it is a good deal at the price of a regular album, it is not heart stopping by any means. |

Absolutely sensational value here - this has it all. 'Gravity', 'Cellophane', 'Ghost of me' are three unbelievably good melodic rockers and 'Right by your side' is in the top 10 favurite melodic rock songs I've heard in as many years as I recall. Overall, only 2 or 3 songs I dislike and the rest are great. Hugely recommended!!! |
From: Niglin | Date: March 9, 2005 at 14:35 |
One of the only AOR bands that truely holds a candle to 'Hamrem Scarem', nuff said. For you negative ones, just remember; 'your taste is all in your mouth'. |
From: Scandiman | Date: April 14, 2006 at 14:59 |
What more could you as for in a 80's style hard rock release? Disc 1 does not have a filler track on it. Each song is memorable and if you listen to the disk a few times you will catch yourself singing right along. Top notch effort here! Unbelievable to me a major lable has not scooped these guys up. Can't wait to see what's next! |

BUENÍSIMO!! en una onda GUN (sobretodo por la voz) pero con coros más a lo Def Leppard. Hay algunos temas de relleno, pero al menos la mitad son muy, muy buenos. Mis favoritos: Gravity, Cellophane, Kill the cycle, The one, Invisible, She... |
From: Dead Planet | Date: August 3, 2006 at 14:46 |
Boring rock alert!! Stay away unless you have insomnia..... |
From: hsf | Date: April 21, 2007 at 15:25 |
I'm driving right down the middle of the road here. Of the 30 songs, I found about half of them essential, the other half, not so much. But, of what was on here that I liked, I really liked them. They do have a veritable cornucopia of different styles from which to choose, but only so much of certain things was needed, in my opinion. Still, a very solid release that still gets good play all this time later. |

From: BIG-TIME | Date: April 28, 2008 at 15:00 |
This is another modern joke rock band! I hate to be an AOR Freaky but Tim (2) 'Def leppard' are you joking, Ard WTF it's modern. Dead Planet has got it right this is boring it sounds like Kick and their bad too, if you like your rock modern then get this otherwise i'll stick to Spanky Lee and co...KEEP ROCKIN ALL!!! (yes 80's rock not 2000) |
From: 707STAR | Date: November 17, 2011 at 16:37 |
GREAT MELODIC ROCK MUSIC. ALTHOUGH NOT A LOT OF DRIVEN GUITAR WORK. THEY DO HAVE BALANCE W/CATCHY SONGS. GREAT ROAD TRIP MUSIC. SINGER HAS A GREAT VOICE. DON,T GET ME WRONG. THIS IS PRETTY GOOD STUFF. |
