The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Kid Cyote CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Kid Cyote are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I recently paid some good cash for this cd, not sure what I was getting, but was really surprised, great melodic/hair metal with a touch of sleaze, this one is worth the big bucks, in my opinion.

From: Paradise Date: December 23, 2004 at 3:00
The track "Hold On" alone is worthy of the big bucks this disc fetches, oterwise, it's an overall winner.

From: Studboy Date: January 18, 2005 at 18:01
I would agree with MButt, this is a great melodic hair metal CD. Fake Love To Me and Hang On are great hair metal songs. Find Your Way Back is an excellent ballad. One of the rare CDs that are actually worth the big bucks.

this is not a bad rock n roll album but nevertheless not the greatest cd from 1990.."Fake love to me" kicks in nice but nothing shocking here but a nice item for collectors.. I give this album 7/10

This cd is very lame attempt at Hard Rock and nothing really special about it. Definitly not worth the high avg $$$ amount on E-bay.I picked mine up for $5.00 at a Pawn Shop. There is only one decent song, Fake Love To Me. The rest of the songs are very average fillers and a couple of very dull ballads. Production is also weak. I would track a cd-r copy of this and give it a listen before buying. I have already tossed mine out the window. Rated 5/10.

From: Ice CreamGirlz Date: January 1, 2006 at 13:07
IMO this is a great cd....First track kinda reminds me of a Skid Row song..definately another hard one to come by. 10/10

Kid Cyote was a Texas band based out of Dallas/Fort Worth. All great guys - another incarnation of them is "Sly Wolf" - don't know if Sly Wolf did any recordings though. I do remember they made a video which may be floating out there somewhere. Mikel Scott is now in Auralast (Michael Anast)-- www.auralast.com - They are a band based out of Arizona. If the other guys are still playing, I don't know about it.

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: March 14, 2007 at 11:35
Very Good Melodic/Hard Rock, una Ultrarara Gema en bruto con cortes de Hard Melodico poderosos como el caso de Undercover Lover(la mas criminal), Hang On 2 temas que haran que rompas tus parlantes el resto de un nivel bueno para arriba recomendado por El Fenix "El Inmortal" 8.5/10

From: juan carlos Date: August 9, 2009 at 2:01

I'll never understand prices average for collectors but if you find a copy of this one will be a very good purchase.Excellent melodick har rock, good sounds and singer. One of the few high-value indies'I would find in future,I don't know how ahahaha!

From: rick kerch vzla Date: June 22, 2010 at 22:04
Knew i had this somewhere in my collection!..but what i have is a promo cd with only 3 tracks!...anyway gotta track down the whole album 4 sure..pretty good stuff...the price is quite crazy though...a contact told me it could find me one from a trader in Spain...let's see..the 3 tracks i can comment about are "Fake Love To Me" which is excellent,"Hold Me Tight" this one is strongly influenced by Cheap Trick and "One Summer's Dream" a really enjoyable AOR track and of course my fave one from the 3 tracks...if Rafo's said is alright,it has 2 be alright!..for the 3 tracks...84/100...expecting 2 have this one a.s.a.p!

I am the singer from this band.It is really cool to see people who still collect and apreciate the old hair metal days. They were some of the best times of my life!I remember having a great time recording this CD.If you go over to the site message board ill tell you where you may still find a very limited supply of them.
