Man, this one's harder to find than a genius at a Pearl Jam show! Anyway, I don't have this cd, but I remember "Under Pressure" being released as a single; it was a pretty good song, kinda ahead of its time. |

Not as good as their first album but contains a few gems especially Atlantic Radio which I spent many a happy hour headbanging to at the local heavy rock club. Got into an arguement over the cover with the hip (so he thought) guy in the shop who thought I was buying it for the rather flat chested model!! Jerk !!! Went to another shop and bought it instead! |

Very good AOR/Melodic Rock CD. Excellent guitars and vocals. The production is a little raw but still a very good cd. The best 4 songs are Atlantic Radio, Guity, Sex Crimes and Dirty Movies. Worth checking out. I rate this cd 7/10 |

Was this indeed released on CD? Because I read on another site that it wasn't. Just curious! |

I have to update what I put down in an earlier review. This is not really a step backwards from the first album...it's just a bit more raw (remember when A.O.R. kicked butt? Remember when it made you want to move and rock out rather than sit about and listen??). The songs are great and I have to say that Atlantic Radio is without a shadow of a doubt the best A.O.R. anthem to come from a U.K. band...period. It's the kind of song that Blanc Faces would kill for. Both albums by Rio are cheap buy em |

I have this one in vynil and bought it just when it first came out:"Atlantic Radio"&"Sex Crimes"are nice aor songs, very catchy as the way it has to be.I've been looking forward to get their debut but it seens a hard task to achieve.Any tips or something?.For Kim HP:yes, this album was edited as a cd too.In E-bay you can find sellers of this album but more than the average price listed in here(15.50$). |

British band, this is definitely not as strong as their first "Borderland" album, but "AtlantiCc Radio" & the title track are brilliant and worth a purchase of this album alone. BIG drum sound-nearly knocks you into submission !! Would be nice to buy cd versions of both their albums but this is proving nearly impossible !!.......... |

This band deserved more recognition i think...after a mind blowing debut with "Borderland" came this more edgy album packed with some great tunes being "Atlantic Radio" & "Sex Crimes" the cream of the coffee ...another recommendable tracks are "Highschool Rock","When The Walls Come Down" & "Dirty Movies"...early Shy(band)is what i listen here if u wanna a reference of Rio's sound of this one...after this album the band splitted up but later put up a new act(in the same line of their debut album)named Big Talk but shamely it did not succeeded either ...recommended by all means...93/100 |

Atlantic Radio, fucking disgusting that some of the bullshit made it into the front and center, and a song like Atlantic Radio goes down in the anals of history never being heard, and never earning the mass appreciation it surely would have achieved had it been offered to the masses, anyways, I don't know that this has ever been put out on CD, so im a little suspect of it being on here, but whatever format it may be, if you ever come upon a copy of this, even if it's on fucking 8 track, BUY THE FUCKING THING!! you wont regret it, especially once you hear the ear candy that is Atlantic Radio!! |
