The voice of Iron Maiden is back with another excellent metal CD. "Cyclops", "Gods Of War", and "Tears Of The Dragon" are the standout songs on the disc. Excellent production and musicianship. Highly recommended for fans of Iron Maiden.

don't quite know what to say about this one, saw bruce on tour with this one second on the bill with ritchie kotzen and the redneck band with the chainsaw song---my friends were all disappointed with no maiden material played----got me stumped here bruce----

I had pretty high hopes for this when it first came out. Except for "Tears of the Dragon"(great song) this was a letdown. The album seems to lack focus. In interviews from around the time, he said he wanted to do a Peter Gabriel-type of album. I guess he really was trying to escape his Maiden past at the time.

I can,t understand why this album is not considered one of the best of bruce's career. It's really great!maybe it's the production but the songs are great.Cyclops, tears ofthe dragon, gods of war,1000 points of light, change of heart, sacred cowboys...i love this album!

Change of heart, Sacred Cowboys and of course...Tears..are the highlights in generally a pretty good album.

From: pie75 Date: July 13, 2010 at 10:21
bruces first after leaving maiden it took me a coupke of listens but i do like it cyclops, change of heart and the brilliant tears of the dragon are the standouts better stuff was certainly to come
