2025 Heavy Harmonies Donation Drive Update
Nov. 24, 2025: Almost half way through the annual donation drive and we're
at almost 50% of the goal of covering site expenses for 2026. Most regulars
have already donated, so now it's up to everyone else. Costs
are up this year, no thanks to an unexpected forum move, which incurred additional expenses.
The drive will run through the end of the year, details over on the Heavy Harmonies Forum.
Every donation helps, no matter how small. If you can't afford $20 for the
year, give $10. If you can't afford $10, give $5. It's just once a year and
keeps the lights on.

compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official
CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Scudiero are also welcome to be added, as
long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

| Heavy guitar-driven prog metal a la Dream Theater complete with swirling keys in the background dominate this disc. Technically sound and well produced, it contains some of the best prog metal I have heard in some time. "Slave To Temptation", "Whispering Shadows", and "Walking Through Mirrors" are the gems here but "Autumn Tears" and "Some Things Never Change" are more than competent in this world of technically superior prog metal bands. Highly recommended for fans of DT and Vanden Plas.
