This is also one of the ESSENTIAL Aerosmith releases, ever. This album shows the band at its best, particularly Steven Tyler, who really comes into his own on this one. People who only know "Walk This Way" through the modern version with Rum DMC need to listen to this one. Other favorite tracks include "Toys," "Adam's Apple," and especially "Sweet Emotion." This is the second-best release after 'Rocks.'

I still have trouble deciding whether this or ROCKS is their finest hour. Two completely different albums, yet both are a must have!Sweet Emotion is one of my all time fav. songs! 10/10

An excellent album yes, but the best, I disagree. I don't know it just doesn't hit me like some of their other ablums. It has some classic songs but the album in whole, is not as good as soom of the others.

One of the 3 greatest albums ever!! Would gladly hand this to a kid today in 2002 and feel confident it would be a great intro to rock-n-roll. The 1-2 punch of this and "Rocks" is just mind blowing when how few bands release one classic album much less 2 in a row.

One of the bands top three albums (along with Rocks and Pump),this is some of the best bluesy hard rock ever made.The title track rocks like a mutha,Uncle Salty is slow and reflective,while Walk this way and Sweet Emotion are classics.Round and Round is Black Sabbath-influenced, Big Ten Inch Record shows the bands mastery at covering classic blues,while the closer is one of the best rock ballads ever.The interplay of piano and guitar is incredible. One of the best rock releases of all time.

"samolice" is totally correct. The third album has long seemed to be a band's breakthrough record. More examples: Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers' 'Damn The Torpedoes', Iron Maiden's 'Number Of The Beast', Kix's 'Midnight Dynamite' among others. I always thought 'Flesh & Blood' to be Poison's peak as well (their third cd).

Very, very good album but not as good as GYW. Number 2 on my list. Should have dumped Big Ten Inch and put something else in. And like Dream On, Walk This Way has been overplayed. Toys, No More, and Round and Round are classics. And YSMC is a great ending.

How does this CD rate a 6.25. Is everyone on drugs or what. This again is what a Classic Rock album sounds like. Title track alone blows anything out of the water from the 80's, 90's or today. This is a 10+. I love 80's Hair Metal Bands as much as the next person, but they don't hold a candle to the original masters.

I was 12 when this LP came out...every 12 then was into Kiss...but this was the LP I latched on to. Not a bad cut on the record. This album started to really showcase the intelligent/important songwriting that hit it's zenith on the album "Rocks" My favorite cut on this album has always been "Adams Apple" that tune rocks.

Round N Round, Sweet Emotion,Toys in the Attic and Walk this Way. This is a classic rock album and its timeless, and Aerosmith fan of rock music should obtain a copy of this CD at all costs.

CLASSIC... what else is there to say? The songs on this album have been loved, covered, ripped off, and referenced by nearly every hard rock band to pick up instruments in the years since its release, and it still sounds fresh today.

Good album but it isn't as great as their next album, which is ROCKS. Every song on ROCKS is strong.

The album that made them famous, but this really is not the classic that it is made out to be. Yes, "Walk This Way", "Sweet Emotion", and "Toys In The Attic" are classics, but the rest of this has too many novelty type songs ("Uncle Salty" and "Big Ten Inch Record"). 7/10

GREAT album, covers a variety of styles from hard rock.. Toys In the Attic/ Round and Round to bluesy kinda lazy funk...Uncle Salty, to ballads .... You See Me Crying. All great songs...you've all heard Walk and Sweet E....but dig a little deeper and you'll discover further great songs like No More No More. A classic

A classic album. Raw, edgy mid-70's hard rock/metal. Includes the two classics "Walk This Way" and "Sweet Emotion". Other favorites include the fast-paced title track, "No More No More", and the power ballad "You See Me Crying". If you listen to these early Aerosmith albums and then listen to anything they've released within the last decade, it hardly sounds like the same band. 9.5/10

This is the one most know.It's not my fave but it's still a classic. Heard it so many times..I don't how many....but I still like it.9/10.

When it comes to Aerosmith, this is as good as it gets. By far the best songs and the most consistant album in their catalog. I wore the grooves out, literally, on my LP of this. It's not the obvious hits "Walk This Way" or "Sweet Emotion" that are the gems here either. It's tracks like "Toys In The Attic", "No More No More", and the soulful sexy "Big Ten Inch Record" that are the real show stealers here. A 70's rock classic in the tradition of AC/DC, Zeppelin, Rush, and Boston. A MUST HAVE!!!!!

another classic one,important release for hard rock music.AEROSMITH here have a better sound and the songwriting is in high level .all the songs are remarkable and still sound fresh to me.really love "you see me crying",what a song!

what a great album and the real version of walk this way is much better than the crap they did with run dmc sweet emotion still sounds great and fresh today and see me crying what a great song this is an important rock album everybody should have this

i was 15 when i buy the lp.great souvenir i was very young and i start to love hard rock.this absolute classic record help me and confirm me that hard rock is the BEST music of the world.i always think that toys in the attic is their best record.

Nice album, but mainly because of the track: no more no more. Love that song especially the end solo part. In general Joe perry's guitarsolo's are quite shit in mho, except in this track.

Third release and with two major songs in it in the shape of,the nowadays classic,"Walk This Way" and "Sweet Emotion"..."No More No More" & the nice one "You See Me Crying" are also good ones...80/100
