If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Aerosmith CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Aerosmith are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

People will ask if this was worth an 11 year wait since 'Just Push Play' and the answer is almost always going to be no waiting for any album for that length of time. This is a decent Aerosmith album though, whatever you read elsewhere, although at 18 tracks and 80+ minutes on the special edition it is way too long and maybe a little ballad heavy too, although Aerosmith ballads have always been pretty damned good in my book, so this is not really a niggle as such. Oh! and please, stop letting Joe Perry near a mic as he really can't sing.

The Toxic Twins may no longer be toxic, but wow, they certainly are coasting downhill with this disc. I appreciate the attempt to "recapture" some of the old-time Aerosmith sound of their glorious '70s heyday (I never did care too much for their "rejuvenated" sound in the '90s and the incessant power ballads), but on this album it sounds like they're simply phoning it in. Despite the tracks having some real potential as songs, the performances are gutless throughout. Nice to have Jack Douglas back on board for production duties, but it doesn't help when the material is delivered with such lack of conviction and soul. Rating: 65 / 100

There is pretty darn good 10 tracker hidden here between the fillers/ballads. I agree 100% with Jez on that Joe Perry vocals comment.

This is a good listen, not great but not bad. I too agree with the Joe Perry comments, you're a guitar hero Joe, as a lead singer, ahh...not so much.

surprised by the very small amount of comments ,as AEROSMITH =HARD ROCK music!anyway the legendary boys release another great release with nice rockers like "luv xxx" and "out go the lights" and sensational ballads like "another last goodbye" and "what could have been love" !Steven is great like always and Joe s guitar work in the same style !no need to say much, whenever AEROSMITH release something ,is a major event for hard rockers

Good release....could've been great if a little quality control had been introduced and I'm not talking about the songs where Joe Perry takes the vocals, I'm talking about the ballads...especially the insipid Can't Stop Loving You. The first 8 tracks are great .... although What Could Have Been Love is too formulaic and should have been on a separate disc for radio stations who need the sanitised hit, plus Out Go The Lights outstays it's welcome by going on way too long with a rather pointless jam but I can forgive that as the bulk of the song is okay. Contrary to most folks I like Joe vocals - a bit of an acquired taste I guess but Freedom Fighter rocks, sure he's not a strong vocalist, neither is Uli Jon Roth or even Hendrix but each add something to their tunes. So nowhere near the train crash I was expecting after their last all originals album Just Push Play and if this turns out to be their last studio album then at least they didn't bow out in disgrace

From: CC Date: March 31, 2018 at 21:32
not a single memorable track on this ... none of the 50 future "greatest hits" albums will feature anything from this one.
