An OK introduction to the latter days of AEROSMITH. I would still reccomend just purchasing PUMP!

From: Hard Rocker Date: September 18, 2001 at 21:26
Buy Big Ones and Nine Lives and you'll have everything! Absolutly perfect!

From: Glam Sex Date: September 20, 2001 at 20:35
I agree with my pall above! Hard Rocker is pretty right! You just have to buy Big Ones and Nine Lives and youŽll get everything!

From: M. Allen Date: April 4, 2002 at 2:05
As the title suggests, these are all the "biggies" from Aerosmith's late 80s/early 90s releases, and it's a great collection of songs, featuring all of the band's best tunes. Others have commented that this CD plus "Nine Lives" is all the Aerosmith you need. You know what? They're right.

Great! All the recent hits!! However you need to get the firat greatest hits dissk for stuff like "Walk this Way."

From: Rockforever Date: June 27, 2002 at 9:42
This is a great collection of all the bands big hits from their comeback period, perfect for casual Aerosmith fans (NOT me!!).Walk on Water and Blind Man are great new songs (especially the latter),while Deuces are Wild from the Beavis and Butthead soundtrack is superb. All band members shine (of course); overall, some of the best hard rock of the era, certainly showing the huge superiority of bands like Aerosmith compared to some of the eras other big bands (poison, warrant etc.). Great music.

This album made me a fan of the band, its a good buy if you are fairly new to them, some very good songs here especially cryin' and crazy.

Sincerely it's the first full Aerosmith cd I hear...well maybe I've started from the wrong release!ahahaha!Weak song,some good arrangements but nothin'more,IMO.I don't like S.Tyler's vox(never liked),drums sounds are horrible...6.5/10

This one does a nice job of covering their late 80's/early 90's releases. The classics "Rag Doll", "Love In An Elevator", "Dude Looks Like A Lady", and "Janie's Got A Gun" are all here. Other standouts include the original recording "Walk On Water" and "Deuces Are Wild", as well as "Eat The Rich", possibly the heaviest song Aerosmith has ever done. A nice introduction to the band.

From: Metalmusicman Date: January 3, 2007 at 1:34
The very best way to have all the best songs of the de-balled version of Aerosmith. I really, really like some of the stuff the cleaned up Aerosmith has done, but none of the albums were strong enough for me to buy. So this was a very welcomed addition to my collection. This combined with "Pandora's Box" is all the novice or average fan really ever needs to fullfill there every need. Very good stuff, but it is watered down from the classic Aerosmith sound.
