The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Hess CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Hess are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Similar territory (maybe even lighter) to Hess's last solo release 'Just Another Day (2003)'. Way too light weight pop/rock for my taste, but Hess still has the pipes and song writing ability. I'm all ears when he releases a new album with the harder edged 'First Signal' or a new rockier track on a compilation similar to 'Irresistible' from 'Voices of Rock MMVII (2007)' or 'Amy' off of 'Shining Line (2010)'.

I agree with you, although I don't find this to bad(it is light). After 2010s First Signal it was going to be tough to match or beat.

Very light, and pop rock, though very catchy songs, if any pop rock bitches (taylor swift, Pink, Katy Perry)want to make an extra couple million, and score an easy hit, they would do themselves good by looking no further then thisCD, they could pretty much remake anything on here and score themselves a quick hit!

There is no denying that Harry Hess has written some great songs either with HS or solo and First Signal and this is no different. Lesperance and the other HS boys all make appearances along with Magnus Karlsson and Tommy Denander and I would generally say this comes across over all as HS lite in sound. It has a few gems along the way, but it also has to be said it gets a bit samey and one paced and I began losing interest at about track 8. Not a bad album at all and a few more spins will probably help give this a few more marks, although it's not essential in my book - I'll stick to the first 2 HS and First Signal albums.,

Obviously Harry Hess has wanted to disconnect from what he's been doin' with HS...still using the Pop/Modern Rock formula of his first solo album but perhaps leaving behind the alternative side and that at least sent him to a better direction..."Living In YesterdaY","Reach For You"(catchy),"What If"(nice mid tempo),"Nothing Lasts Forever"(a very catchy tune) & "Falling Down"(nice mid tempo)are my faves in here...73/100

Brilliant album. Yes, it's VERY catchy and accessible, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, because these songs are just damn good. It gets better with every listen. Harry's vocal delivery is very genuine and heartfelt. Without the ninth track (which doesn't fit and is, frankly, kind of annoying), this would score in the 90s. Favorite songs: Living in Yesterday, Reach For You (wow is this one catchy!), Nothing Lasts Forever, Where to Run. 89/100
