This is a good album in a classic early 80's vibe. Jeff Austin plays keyboard friendly AOR in the style of Orion, Survivor, a Keyboardy Nightranger etc. Production is OK but not astounding and the songs would have been better had they sounded more crunchy. 2 covers on a short album is extreme and too be fair neither are as good as the originals so what is the point. Another Album that upon release was hailed as a masterpiece, though while good is not brilliant. |

Those who are sick of alternative/modern rock and are yearning for a band or album that's unafraid of wallowing in the glorious mid 80's AOR heritage should lap this one up. Lush keys and over the top melodies are a-plenty here. |

A bit underrated, this one. Not top AOR, but good anyway. Indeed classic AOR, typical eighties and I like it ! Only one criticism : the running time and the number of songs could have been a bit longer and more. |

the song "caught up in xtc" is worth the purchase alone..what a fine song.. that's how i like my aor or melodic rock... |

excellent melodic stuff with great vocals and remarkable melodies in pure 80s style. best tracks are 7, 8 + 9. Bit too short- worth buying. 8,5/10 |

Very Good Rock/AOR album, que bueno escuchar de nuevo este disco y la verdad me gusta, el porque? este disco es del 2002 eso es cierto pero es como si hubiera salido el 85 u 86 solo fijate las versiones de 2 grandes bandas de los 80's, hay gente que quiere cosas nuevas que ya no salgan bandas con sonido y estilo a los 80's pero yo si deseo(y asi hay miles) que sigan saliendo bandas y albums como este, y les guste o no todos los aņos saldran albums con estilo y sonido a esa decada porque??? |

8.5/10 MR/AOR |
