78/100 Mixed feelings about that one , i really like their new singer but the whole concept is not easy to keep on focus ! I have this in JAPANESE edition since a lot of time now ,so i have plenty of time to ask myself if i like it or not ! But i think they miss the target ,even if i think it's worth checking it , i still prefer the "somewhere into nowhere" & obviously "equilibrium"by far ! special tip:Carsten ‘Lizard’ Schulz is very good....as always ! |

For those who don't know, the new lead singer is none other than the gent who used to front Hush. I've liked these guys from the start and the two previous albums are pretty cool. Here, they step it up a notch and add a few prog elements into their sound, but still rely heavily of good strong choruses. There are some great riffs and some surprisingly really good moments on this disc. If you're a fan of the first two albums, I'd call this one essential. Even if you're not, this might be worth checking out. Good solid heavy rock. |
