Great Deutch Hard Rock Band. Similar to Extreme, Pink Ceam 69 and Dokken. Good Riffs !! Check it !!

From: Geoff Date: March 8, 2005 at 5:33
This is a great band! Vocals remind me of Jaded Heart at times, with a heavier accent and the music is just driving hard rock... I guess it is a little similar to the more hard rocking side of Extreme, but IMO much better. 'Dreamland's Gone' is a stylish hard rocker, 'Don't Cry For The Moon' is a beautiful ballad, 'Your Affection' is attention-seeking melodic hard rock, and 'Run With The Pack' has a riff to induce an erection - an album highlight and this is a good one. Recommeded.

I am amazed at the prize tag this has on Ebay. Trust me, this is seriously not worth forking out $30 for. The band is blend, the album is not strong in any area and the singer has a worse german accent than Peter Sellers could have imitated back in the day.

From: headbanger4life Date: October 28, 2005 at 2:31
This is some fist pumpin' music. I can't believe there aren't that many comments about this one. Another great German band. I can hear the Extreme, Dokken, PC 69 and Jaded Heart (vocals) references. As far as forking out $30 for this, I won't pay outrageous prices for my cds but each person is different. This definately a great cd. If you can find it, get it.

Oh, I remember this one. The album sucked and I bet still sucks a lot. Only "Donīt cry for the moon" and "Jungle King" were kind a cool.

From: z4roxx Date: April 11, 2007 at 15:55
Oh you remember so bad my dear friend...this album is AWESOME,some of ther greatest piece of class melodick hard rock out from Germany, one of my fave cds ever, one of the best production and arrangments ver heard....TOP BAND!!!!!!A pity they've only released a single disc,my rate here is a full 10/10(and somethin'more....)

From: Helix Date: May 9, 2007 at 18:18
I was just turned on to this nice slab Of melodic rock,And I must say if I knew of this cd back in 1992 i'm sure it would have made my top ten of that year.(shoemaker)must have been smoking crack when listening to this cd to say this cd sucked. Fans of Damn Yankees or Dream Police etc. should grab this one if they can find it. Very tight and well produced does not get better then this I must have for any fan of melodic..Rock.

Spectacular cd ! Andrea is spot on here. TOP BAND ! Unbelievable these guys released just the one cd. The guitarplaying, arrangements and excellent production make this a must have for any lover of melodic rock. One of Gemermany's best ( kept secrets ). 10/10

From: erik Date: May 22, 2007 at 12:39
In 95 they released under the name Stonewashed the cd Way of Thorns. Dont know if its similar to this classic though.

From: YNGWIEVIKING Date: August 13, 2007 at 2:35
GREAT GUITAR PLAYER !!! Somewhere between JADED HEART and PC 69 ! Recommended if you like HAIR METAL with B***S They later works with LEON GOWIE from VENGEANCE fame ,in the band called WAY OF THORNS Buy it if you find it !!!

From: ashen_light Date: July 7, 2008 at 11:08
I absolutely love this gem! Musically and vocally I would put it between POLE POSITION-S/T, MASQUERADE-S/T, DREAM POLICE-S/T, FATE-SCRATCH'N SNIFF. Excellent guitar shredding and background vocals to die for! It has a quite reasonable price-tag so grab it!!

From: erik Date: July 8, 2008 at 6:18

helix dont take shoemaker seriously for a second. the mor.on could be a brother on the infamous freakyboy. always something to whine about other people's comments. just a sad figure.

From: 123charpenay Date: January 30, 2010 at 16:26
i am very surprised by the comments about this cd s.i respect all the comments but i don t understand.this band have all to be a winner.a deal with a major (polydor) ,a big sound, a super production but...there is a big but, they have no inspiration they plays a very classic hard rock.it is a little band who have not the talent or the class of victory, jaded heart, hotwire, bonfire, ect ect...it is a second zone band.it is a miracle that they have a deal with a major.i don t know is the singer have a german accent(i am french) but i am sure that this guy have nothing to do behind a microphone!he is a very limited singer he have absoluty nothing in common with michael bormann.ok the first song is good but after it is a nightmare.it is difficult to go at the end of the cd s i have the feeling to loose my time.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: May 26, 2012 at 22:22
Extremely interesting act!!!...for me they sound like the old Trixter/Ugly Kid Joe type o' thing...the whole album kicks a** but my personal faves were "Walkin' Highwire"(catchy chorus),"Overblown Roses","Don't Cry For The Moon"(nice soft),"Your Affection","Jungle King","Dead End Zone"( )& "Run With The Pack"...get a hold of this a.s.a.p.!!!...u won't be dissapointed ...92/100
