WOW!!! Ebay Average Price $320. This is crazy. I own this CD and it is a good one. The Band is from Frankfurt/Germany and sounds like a cross between "Steel Dawn", "Jaded Heart", "Diary" or "Seven Seals". Or in short: the typical german melodic/hardrock sound. Ok guys- if someone would pay 320 bucks for it- then I would sale the CD for shure! Ha, ha. Incredible!

This a very good German Hard Rock RARE indie CD. Syder are similar to early Jaded Heart, early Bonfire with some Scorpions thrown in the mix. The melodies are great and good killer guitar playing, but the vocals are a bit rough. The awesome Heart On Fire, The Wind, Ready To Fight,Fallen Angels, May Night, Prince Of The Night are well worth having this in your collection, but not for $320.00. If you can get this for a reasonable price ($20-$30)then get it. Rated 8/10.

From: z4roxx Date: September 19, 2005 at 11:36
If you like Syder you can search for Toya, they are ex-Syder and made this cd(only in 200 copies) around’97,cd was pressed in 1999 by the band. It’s pretty good class melodick, same vein as Syder.

From: Maggy Date: October 6, 2005 at 18:15
Mr. Rinn, declared as the singer of this band, had nothing to do with that cd. just on one song, he is the co-co-co-writer. the lead vocals on every song they recorded (except the title-song. sung by B. Pezalla) were sung by a singer called MAGGY!!! proof it in the booklet or ask the leadsinger of SYDER himself. here´s his mail adress: maggy-marquardt@t-online.de and be sure, he will answer all you questions, cos I know him very well, cos I AM MAGGY!!! Z4roxx (T.Rinn) is a lyer!!

hi z4roxx, sorry if you got wrong informations. why don´t you get in contact with me and I´ll send you the booklet to give you the right information. my mail-address is seen in my other comment. to yr info: neither t.rinn nir jan thielking sang or played a single note on that cd. all vocals was recorded by me and the second guitarist was a girl called chris güntner! if you are not t.rinn than please contact me. greets maggy

Another German indie (along with Chainbreaker) I have yet to acquire. This is one one of my favorite German groups....Very hard to find, indeed. 10/10

From: Maggy Date: November 18, 2005 at 16:33
hi z4roxx, sorry, but I just got 2 of my cds that I will keep, cos if one will break I have a spare one. but I will ask a couple of my mates if they will give me their cds back, cos a lot of em just bought it, cos they know me, not because of the music. but by the way, there´s on in brasilias ebay. at the moment the auktion is 51,--usd. the highbidder is from austria. greets MAGGY

Okay, to get the badness out of the way first. 5 songs clock in at over 6mins. Three clock in at over 5mins. Now, if you're into prog that's fine, but this is melodic hard rock. The songs seem to drag and should have stopped about 3-4mins everytime, IMO. Aside from that, this is solid German melodic hard rock with standard German vocals and pretty straight forward hard rock songs. Not much passion, by-the-book, but it's pretty good. Definately CDR only, not worth anywhere near $170!!!

From: briscoe1 Date: July 9, 2006 at 17:34
This is a very good melodic hard rock cd. I'm not much into progressive rock but the length of the songs did not bother me. I liked the guitar riffs. It's a good cd to add to your collection especially if you can find it at a reasonable price!

From: Tommy Rinn Date: August 24, 2006 at 4:33
Yes,there are some mistakes on the board.Maggie is right,he was the guy singing on Maynight, not me. Don't know who announced this line up.JJ and me left SYDER in 1996 to have our own band called ToJa.We released 2 CDs and actually we are working on our 3. album. The reviews to the latest album "The Spirit of ..." are great.JJ and me wrote "Ready to fight" which is on Maynight with new lyrics and we were co-autors for the song "Heart on fire".Now everything is fine. Greetings TOMMY ToJa-rock.com

From: z4roxx Date: November 12, 2006 at 12:01
I am hearing again Toja/the spirit of...,I prefer definitely their debut on cdr indeed. This cd is full of filler parts guys!!!

From: juan carlos Date: March 22, 2008 at 23:11
Typical German Melodic HardRock Band, for me similar to Victory/Scorpions but what an album, i like it a lot!! "Danger Zone" what a song!! my favorite but the whole album is simply awesome. "Still In Love With You" is a really good *ballad*. Do Not Miss this one. Highly Recommended. 9/10

From: rick kerch vzla Date: October 6, 2011 at 21:51
A good German band that has some Domain influenced in it...voice typically with that german accent(between hoarsy and high toned)but good though...fave tracks are "Someone Who Cares"(AORish),"I'll Be There","Still In Love With You"(solid softy),"Fallen Angels" & "Desire"(rocks good!)...enjoyable but far away from being a killer release IMHO...82/100
