Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board ClosureThe company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan |

What an album! The ex guitarist of Kill For Thrills, Jason Nesmith, created this band with the stunning vocals of Steven McNeil. The result is an incredible piece of modern sleaze rock, melodic and intense. You must have this one, a 10/10 for me! |

Really don't know about the "sleaze glam" category for this one. It's a little bit funky, a little bit psychedelic, and a lot of fun to listen to. If all the songs were like "Sexecutioner" I could see calling this one "sleaze glam", but there's quite a bit more diversity. Although he's listed as the bassist, Ralf Jacob didn't play on any of the tracks. Bass duties were handled by Nesmith and Toto's Mike Porcaro. Good album, but definitely not for all tastes, |

As Gar notes, this is not for all. I was personally very unimpressed and found it fit in well with bluesy bands that bored me to tears. This is not so much blues, but if you like Dogs D'armor and Quireboys and so on you might like. Pretty bad, IMO. |
