I´ve always been a big fan of The Outfield and i must say "Diamond Days" could be easily their "Less" good album or their worse. "FOR YOU" is a the real highlight, "Burning Blue" is the other highlight. The atmospheric "After The Storm" and "Raintown Boys" are good ones but the rest is just fillers to me. Excellent production as The Outfield just know how to do it. 8/10

Well if we compare this one with other of their releases probably it pales but still have some goodies to listen to..."Take It All" was the hit of this album,an excellent song along with "Magic Seed","Eye To Eye" & "One Night In Heaven" are both highlights & "For You" nice and catchy ...i'd recommend this anyway...88/100

Love this album. Tony's way of singing, band's arrangements, production remind me of great Art/AOR gangs, such as Livgren's AD, Lodgic, World Trade...later, Circa as well as Payne's era with Asia. As Juan Carlos wrote..ATMOSPHERIC AOR....even Yes with Rabin was some kind of atmospheric AOR..for example:"Love Will Find a Way"

The first and the last song of the cd are great, what is in between those two is pretty forgettable I'm afraid.
