Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board ClosureThe company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan |

This album is decent not as good as "Dancin on the Edge" I love the song "Rock and Roll made me what I am today" The songs are solid but she gets better each album. Check this one out its pretty good. Especially if your a Lita Ford fan. |

Christine - It's because of the sun. Wackos have very thin shullcaps and the sun fries what little brainceldls they have. That's why I got out. Of course not before running into Lita on the worlds most beautiful beaches and getting her to auto all of my stuff. (no stalking involved, honest!) A great lady who's very happy to be living a slower paced life now. |

"Just a Feeling" is one of the best 80s power ballads. It should have been a single. |
From: juan carlos | Date: July 19, 2007 at 10:29 |

i think this is the worst release by hair metal godess lita ford.very average and plain rock n roll music.no hard riffs in it and the production very poor.just listen to it and then go and pick up all the later releases, they are excellent! |

Ok, lets be honest, for years this would have probably been considered her weakest album until Wicked Wonderland was released (hell, I actually like some songs on that one, but its still overall a poor album), but I think you have to accept this album for what it is, an artist trying to find her feet as a solo artist. It would not surprise me if there was some record label input into this as well. All that said, its still a good album. Yes, from the next album (Dancin on the edge) she started the Lita Ford sound that she would become more well known for, but there are some gems on here. The opening track kicks things off to a nice start with songs like Stay with me baby, Just a feeling & Rock n roll made me what I am today, all holding up as great songs. Not classics I will admit, but still songs I will play to this day. |
