October 24, 2020: ONE WEEK REMAINING in the Annual Heavy Harmonies Donation Drive!

Donations stand at covering 63% of the site's annual expenses... so close and yet so far. The annual donation drive is what keeps the site free for everyone so that I'm only pestering you once a year rather than running ads year round.

If you are not in a position to contribute (which I fully understand), please disable your ad-blocker on heavyharmonies.com. When you click through any of the eBay links, if you buy something on eBay, Heavy Harmonies will get a tiny commission.

Donation buttons are shown below. There is a thread on the HH forum that explains the perks for donating at the $20 and $50 levels.

Thank you for supporting the Heavy Harmonies community!

-Dan

If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Broken Rule CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Broken Rule are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Obviously the boast on the front insert wasn't ever close to happening, but these guys did have some good tunes.

A Montreal based glam band that was self produced and appeared in 1991 as I recall. Fans of GREAT WHITE and DIRTY DEEDS style glam will enjoy this one. You'll hear a southern/bluesy influence in their music which is in the vein of RAW TRIXX and CONTAGIOUS. A very very enjoyable listening experience and definitely one worth checking out.

I was a little impressed with this one, i thought Broken Blue was a Glam band but they are more into Funny HardRock("Simple Song" "Pretty") combined with Melodic Rock tracks like "Y(esterday) T(oday) T(omorrow)" and "Fast Lane Juvenile"(My fav Songs). yep some good tunes, cool album. 7.8/10

Decent Hard Rock IMO...and obviously it makes it a decent album(to be honest with ups and downs musically talking but acceptable at the end,the vocalist is ok)..."Paradise"(catchy),"Don't Stop","Y.T.T."(nice),"Brain Bypass" & "Broken Rule" are the ones that got my attention...82/100
