Talk about over-hyped. Sounding a little like Dalton, but without the consistency of songwriting, Stormwing play typical Scandi melodic hardrock with quite a number of acoustic songs. If you couldn't stomach the cheesy lyrics and heavily-accented vocals of Da Vinci then this really isn't for you, but that said there are some really good songs ("Unchain my Heartbeat" and "Limelight" are excellent), but beware the high eBay price as it's not exactly Treat/Europe/Fate. 7/10. |

this one is too lame for me. There's something lacking on this one. |

Now I got this one at last .. and it's surely nothing special for me. Jessica: Surely there are worse things out there but I promised me more from this one. |

Sorry mate but songs such"Unchain My Heart Beat","Angel","Paperstar","Stay Overnight"and"Limelight"are simply killers as the best Glory era IMO,and the ballad"Tenderpoint"is stellar anyway.Maybe there a couple of fillers(that reminds me to Return as style)but the rest is awesome and killer.Stormwing are one of the best band in this genre for me. |

My first review was surely not for taking too seriously ..ahaha.. My favourite tracks are GOOD MORNING, PAPERSTAR & LIMELIGHT as well as the intro of UNCHAIN MY HEARTBEAT (could have been a great song with more power). So there's still a bit truth in my first review --however it's one of the CDs to have in your Scandi collection (..though I wouldn't pay more than 20 Euros for it as I did..). |

Their style reminds me besides a little DA VINCI and even less DALTON of RETURN's "V" album --For me keys are missing on both of theirs!!- or DREAM POLICE's debut. Rating: 8,3/10 |

"Unforgiven Heart" is a great Styx-style AOR rocker and for some reason, I like the opener "Good Morning". "Limelight" is an awesome song as well but the rest I'm not a big fan of. Much better Finnish bands out these like Brother Firetribe. |
