Talisman meets White Snake's 1987 era! Great album, not a bad song on it, huge choruses, fantastic metallic solos. A wet dream for 2008! |

As noted above, this is by far their best and most consistent album. More harder rocking than the others, and overall better songs with some really great choruses. 'To Mend a Broken Heart' and 'Million Miles Away' are my picks but there are no duds on this one... well, no real duds anyway. Well worthwhile for any fan of hard rock. No ballads here! |

Agree with the Talisman meets Whitesnake comments. This album is rockin' and totally in your face. One of the highlights of 2008 without question. Highly Recommended. |

i am not a big believer of new bands but these guys really deserve to be recognized as one of the best bands of ourdays.unbelievable energy, strong guitars, excellent vocals, good songs and most of all they do have personality.i know they reading these comments and i want to tell them that they should trie mid tempo songs too.they are qualified to do this because they have skills and they are not untalented like most of new sweden bands.anyway eclipse from the beginning of their career showed us that they would become a real band.congratulations eclipse |

I got “Bleed and Scream” first and then this one. “Bleed and Scream” is better IMO, but this one is good too. |

Are You Ready to Rock is a fantastic album with really melodic and soaring guitarbased hardrock. Lots of energy, cool riffing and blistering solos. Lead vocals are full of range and power by the great Erik Martensson and the best part with this album is that it has got strong and well-composed songs, miles better than the earlier albums, and imo better even than their latest output Bleed and Scream (that does not seem to have as strong choruses, still solid though). And the production is superb as well, skilled stonetight drumming with a sound that's in your face, and with a wall of guitars (reminds me of a similar wall of guitar sounds that are present on the album with Steve Stevens & Vince Neil). If you like Bleed and Scream, this one is even better! |
