A really fun album. It is a bit too light in places though, and sounds a bit like 38 Special.

"Never want to lose You" is a killer, but the rest.. Helix is a strange band, there are always two or three great songs on the album and the rest is boring Rock´n Roll stuff.

Does A Fool Ever Learn, Heavy Metal Love, Don't Get Mad (Get Even)... Great songs. This is what I call a good "pre-climax" album. Their top cimax was with their next album.

Openers for Kiss in 1984 during the "Lick it up" tour they became kind of a sensation (at least in Europe). This album is short in time(33:07)but long in strenght and melody!!!.Songs?..."Does a fool ever learn"(performed also by Vanzant)"Heavy Metal Love" & "No Rest for The Wicked" are nice and catchy tunes.10/10

One of the greatest albums of the 80s. Closer to AOR than conservative metal .I just fell in love with it at first listen! GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Might be my fave cd by these guys. Just solid classic 80's hard rock all the way through.

Definitely my favorite from this band. A true 80's masterpiece here, as essential to you real fans as "Shout at the Devil", "Balls to the Wall" or "Fire Down Under". If you own those and not this...get it immediately!! Solid all the way through.

Freakin' underrated band from Canada that should have been so much bigger. AC/DC have sold around 200 million albums, Helix 2 million, life is not fair All Helix 80s albums rock hard, this is all killer, no filler. No Rest For the Wicked has 10 winners, "rock yer face off!" rock 'n' roll indeed! Gets you in great mood just like classic rock should. The singles "Heavy Metal Love", "Never Want to Lose You" and "Don't Get Mad Get Even" are all damn good, solid vocals, fine playing and last but not least really cool tongue-in-cheek lyrics
