A good album. Not their best, but if you're a HELIX fan you won't be disappointed. |

Helix is the perfect band to buy a best of album. They always have one or two strong tracks per album, with the rest being boring filler. This album is no exception, as the moody opening track is strong and "Running Wild In The 21st Century" is good pop metal, but it is all downhill from there. 4/10 |

Big Papa K's comment above makes me happy, because it's what I always assumed too. I'm happy to stick with the best of, though I did find this one for cheap the other day, picked it up, played it and haven't since. Pretty damn average album overall. |

Less heavier than other releases of Helix. It's not a bad album but it doesn't have the spark of "No Rest For..." or "Walking On The...".The songs were composed thinking in the american market at that time where bands such as Bon Jovi among others were settled.Anyway as i said, not a bad album.70/100 |

Saw the band live in San Antonio Texas on this tour. The band rocked like they had something to prove. Great show and I still wear the shirt I bought at the show fairly often. |

Helix stick to what they know on this album, and what they know is straight-up 80s-style hard rock, though you could argue they incorporated a few pop-metal hints here & there, perhaps in a futile grab at commercial radio play. If you liked what the band did before, you'll like what they do on this release too, it's as simple as that. The guitars propel the songs forward, the hooks come with good consistency, the choruses all have that late 80s feel, and there are plenty of backing vocals to round things out. While I prefer "Wild in the Streets," I would rate this as my 2nd-favorite Helix CD...though, admittedly, Helix is a long way from being one of my favorite bands. Still, you can't deny the fact that they play this kind of no-frills hard rock well, so if you're looking for a taste of that style, this is a good place to get it. |

Nobody talk about Good to the last Drop, awesome power ballad, get it for this song, one of the greatest songs from HELIX. |

Typical for many Rock bands in the early 90's. This album is softer and radio-friendly than the dirty & rougher Helix albums of the past. See Tony Bongiovi mix/prod. and producer Neil Kernon. Very well produced and varied melodic rock CD with a few exceptions. Fillers are: "Heavy Metal Cowboys" "Good to the last drop" (a bland ballad) "&" Give it to you " Who like "Wild in the Streets", "It's a pleasure ..." & "Long Way to Heaven" like this! a good but average Album 80/100 |

Not one of their best albums, but still a nice rocker. Would give a 7/10. |
