Not worth selling your soul to Satan to snag a copy, but worth picking up if you like Motley, Kid Sin or The Kill. The band bears all the elements of the 80s hair movement, including big guitars, sharp hooks, & I'm-a-pissed-off-pretty-boy attitude, though this being an indie, the production suffers a bit. Don't give up your firstborn to get this CD, but definitely grab it if you get a chance. Glam-metal gluttons should get more pleasure from this than a deer-hunter does from a warm gut pile...

This is actually a pretty good CD. Nothing too original but quite fun and rockin. They would have fit in perfectly with the 80's hairband scene. Kind of a heavier/darker glam style but with plenty of hooks and catchy choruses. Definitely pick this one up if you happen to come across it.

I had never heard of these guys, and happened to find their CD while digging around in the local used music shop where I live...WOW! Worth picking up for track 5 "Women and Money" alone; one of the catchiest choruses you'll ever hear. The opening rocker, "H.O.T." (which stands for House of Thunder), and the mid-tempo rocker "Let Love Be Mine" are faves as well. If you enjoy good, glammed up hard rock, definitely grab this one if you run across it!

Great cd/band, they have a sound that's really close to Bang Gang, all the tracks are very good - grab it if you see it

Had it. Sold it for $2 to the local used cd store. Only regret is what it is fetching now on ebay. Eek. I definitely think that their s/t debut was a lot better than this. Less contrived. Not as much posturing. Better songs. This one, for me, is about a 4/10. If you like this style and don't mind poor/cheesy lyrics, it's not bad. Just not my cup of tea, I guess.

I have this cd from a long time now (eleven years,..damn!) and I gotta say that these guys had balls in being and playing 80's Glam metal in 1995 when all the Rock-Metal scene was totally eclipsed by the Seattle garbage. Nowdays, in this 80's revival, maybe they would be looked with astonishment!. Compared to the 80's stuff this disc is good-average but when I bought it, at that time, I felt like the happiest Glam-metal fan in the world: production was poor but who cared?. I played on my st

ereo and the Rock n Roll magic began; HOT, a powerful mix of Crue (S.A.T.D.-era), early Wasp, Keel and Black 'n Blue, opens this disc with total 80'metal resolution and introduce you to "the House Of Thunder". Then, with Dangerous and Born Killers, WK show what Sleaze Hair metal is all about: strong riffs cutting like blades, catchy choruses and wild, nasty lyrics. "One step away" is such a sweet ballad, similar to "Heaven" of Warrant. After that there's the song that Sixx, DeVille and Thayer

never were able to create (God, forgive them!).......what a contagious refrain!!!!... ("what makes the world go 'round...women and money!!!!"...And what a great reality!, I would add. If this song had been published as a single in '87, "Girls,Girls,Girls" would have got problems in its mass success. The remaining three tracks are fantastic: "Fire Walker" has that classic "don't care 'bout tomorrow" vibe that give chills to the young at heart who love the old sleaze-glam rock; "Let love be

mine" sounds like "I don't wanna cry no more" of WildBoyz and that's always a good thing; at last, "Poison Black" reminds the creepy lesson of the master Alice Cooper. As you can see I definitely love this cd and I warn everybody here to search for it 'cause it's really worthy of praise by who loves this wonderful music. ROCK ON!.

Got it. It's a good Sleaze cd....but not worth the $100.00 it usually goes for.
