I couldn't wait to get this cd becuase I like Hanoi rocks and love Andy Mcoy's guitar playing. However, this cd stinks. It just is not good and a major dissappointment. Hopefully, they can do a better job on their next cd. |

This ain't the same vibe as on their earlier albums, more like today's pop-punk than classic sleaze, but one can't deny that this is a good album. It's just a departure in style from their earlier albums. Mike Monroe and Andy McCoy still rock-I'm just waiting for the full on reunion with Sam Yaffa and Nasty Suicide... now that will be legendary! |

ITS GREAT TO HEAR NEW SONGS OF ONE OF MY FAV BANDS BUT IN MY OPINION HAS A LOT OF MID-TEMPO SONGS BUT "DELIRIOUS" "PEOPLE LIKE ME" "A DAY LATE, A DOLLAR SHORT" "OBSCURED" AND "WHATCHA WANT" STILL KICK ASS |

This record is a revamped "modernized" Hanoi Rocks, with only two key players involved. It's not a bad record at all, but I can see the NU-Direction turning some of their fanbase off. It's still a worthy record, so pick it up. 8.5 Rating |

Wasn't expecting too much from this release after nearly 20 years, but this definately stands proud alongside some of their other releases. Monroe & McCoy still have the knack of writing some good material with 'Bad News' and 'A Day Late,a Dollar Short' being prime examples of this. Maybe a little long in 17 tracks as it does fall off a little towards the end. Nevertheless a very enjoyable 'comeback' album and hopefully not the last one with the Hanoi name to it. |

Some moments but it betrays the memory a bit... too much Mike Monroe input I guess. McCoy was a god, while Mike just had the stamina. Blew a mean sax though. Look back if this is gonna be your first purchase. the Liquor & Poker release at least has the bonus tracks... |
