If you like the 'Mark Free - Long way from love' album this might be something for you, this is in the same vein (at least some of them)two of the tracks appears on Marks album (The Last Time),(Dying For Your Love)Then we have a MEGA good AOR track that I have on a demo with James Christian..'Leave Well Enough Alone'.'Tomorrow Doesn't Matter Tonight' is a Starship cover. The singing and the production are on a high level as well.Overall this album is on the lite side of AOR.

both of their cds are top notch female melodic rock.it does have some softer tracks.but if you like bands like shell and the ocean vixen and romeos daughter.this ones for you.

From: TIM (2) Date: May 27, 2004 at 6:42
Sorry but the songs are just so tame. 'The Last Time' is a good track, but it was never one of the better songs on Mark Free's album anyway. For me this is like the above bands without the guitar, as there's hardly any on here. The songs are all keyboard-driven and lame. I dug it out recently and haven't changed my opinion. Starship were much rockier than this...

TIM (2), this is AOR, my friend, not hardrock. And I like the keys ! Besides, the songs are great. Good AOR record !

I think this has a little more power than the lite side of AOR, but AOR it is. It does remind me a bit of Heart, their 80's days. The Starship cover is excellent and 'Bless A Brand New Angel' and 'The Last Time' are both classy tunes. This is not top-notch but is not bad either. Production is good and the musicianship is excellent but there remains something missing.

You guys can't miss the demo that Mark Free did for One Heartbeat. AWESOME. You can find it in her Vault. AWESOME.

From: SangreAzulForever Date: September 14, 2006 at 10:42
Their best release from both released. The sounding is similar to Mark´s Free 'Long way from love'(1993), in fact there´s a cover from him. The Starship cover is incredible as well, the singers give to it another dimension. 9/10.

This album will kick your ass...excellents covers from Mark Free, James Christian,Starship etc, Diane Dewit sings like Ann Wilson!!!! Essential! 8.9/10

Woww..! "Dancing on the highwire" is that good as "Dancing on the backseat" from Romeo's Daughter is. I also keep the comparation cos the 1st song of those both albums are the best songs from their both whole work. But also some other songs are really good IMO. It's like a mix of so many FF AOR artists.. From 80s Heart over softer Private Eyes to One 2 One. 85/100 (It's long since I listened to this one but I remember I liked it about that much)

Another excellent release 4 sure..more or less in the same line as their previews one.."Dancing On The Highwire" is a great opening track,"Leave Well Enough Alone" is catchy,"Killer Love" is a solid rock track,"The Last Time" is excellent,"One Heartbeat At A Time" is a catchy ballad, really nice one,"Tomorrow Doesn' Matter Tonight" is an excellent cover from Starship that i really like(from other covers that are featured here),"Dying For Your Love" is a fave and "Live For The Summer" closes in a rock way the album...these ladies are really talented singers and composers, buy both releases that these 2 have, both are worth a diamond!.88/100
