These guys definately forgot what year it was. I thought perhaps there was a typo and they meant 1987. None of that pathetic whiny, preachy, and experimentalness most 90s indies had that is often mistaken for intensity. Some claim that's different from the formuala, but many followed the same stupid formula and are gathering dust somewhere. Not the case here at all. These guys rock hard, just like the label says. Nice cover too. These guys have the 3 R's down: Rude, Rock Boulevard, and

Rock Candy. Throw in a dash of Poison and Warrant. Songs are fairly lengthy too so you can enjoy them. Needless to say..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A combo of Poison & Warrant is a good description for these guys. I think these guys would be estatic to hear that too based on the groove and attitude on this disc. Great, fun, stupid party rock that could have been right at home in 88' or 89'. They have 2 other full length discs that are really good too you can get through Perris Records. Would be nice to hear these guys with a little better production.

Some ugly dudes with some beautiful hooks. I always like the harmonies on 'One Look' and the vocal on 'Cold Sweat' is great during the choruses. I never cared much for the closer, but the other four songs are top notch sleaze? rock. My only beef is that it needs to be a full lenght release. 8.5/10.

I highly recomend Mad Margrittīs New Sensation Album. Sounds to me like a very catchy mixture of poison and warrant with AC/DC influences. You should get it at perris.

Decent enough sound. Nothing really outstanding, but good sounding straight-forward rock. Clean guitar work and smooth vocals. Head here to hear soem of theri work: http://www.madmargritt.com/

If you like their music, well your in for a surprise if you get to see their live show! They have one of the best rock shows that I've seen in a long time. Saw them with Poison/Kiss in Atlanta. AWESOME SHOW!! They are crazy!

Wow - what an awesome cover! Yeah, that's about all I got for this one. Cool band - I have the 'New sensation' CD too and like that quite a lot and would love to track down this one too... and not just for that lovely cover. Cool glam band.

From: Fat Freddy Date: January 30, 2006 at 21:36
Holy crap, is this disc REALLY going for 99 bucks on eBay? Damn. Well, the title track is available for download on the band's web site if you don't feel like parting with THAT much money for it. Come on, people, it's only a 5-song EP... NO album is worth that much...

From: rick kerch vzla Date: September 2, 2011 at 21:45
This mini album is just ok,nothing to kill for IMHO,just ok...Eddie Smith is a decent singer...obviously i respect the good comments above but for me it did not cause any fuss...talking about the songs, the best one could be the opener "Anyway That You Want Me"(or at least is the one that caught my attention of them all),"One Look In Your Eyes" & "Heaven's On Fire"...68/100
