Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board Closure The company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan

I actually prefer this to the far overrated debut album. If you like something a little more tuneful than your average rock chick,Jaime is the way to go. The version of Stranded is far superior to the Heart version,but thats only to be expected seeing as Jaime wrote the song!

Para los que gustan de HEART, PAT BENATAR, ROBIN BECK y todas esas minas que cantan/tocan pop rock/AOR, les recomiendo THE BEST OF MY HEART de esta misma cantante, es un CD recopilatório de muy buena factura. Temazos como STRANDED ( HEART ), BAD NEWS ( VAN STEPHENSON ), BOMS AWAY ( BIEN PESADO ), WHEN ANGELS CRY, LET IT GO, MOVIN'ON DOWN THE ROAD, CROSSING OVER y BACK FROM HOLLYWOOD. 9/10

Muy buen album sin ninguna duda. De lo mejor en cuestión de hacer temas AOR de gran calidad en una Female Fronted, para lo cual no es necesario súper coros pero sí una excelente producción, una buena voz(a lo Robin Beck pero Jaime Kyle me gusta mas IMO) y temas hechos con mucha calidad. "The Best of My Heart" te atrapa a la primera y si que es de mis favoritas, "Understanding" es otra y asi hay varios que merecen ser citados, salvo 2 temas ok el resto es un manjar para mis oidos. Discazo. 9/10

The opening song is killer.I think some of the other ones are cover but I am not sure.Great second cd by this very good singer.

Indeed Sergio!!!..especially Robin Beck...if you are into Robin's efforts then you must check this girl out...my faves outta be "Everything But Love"(great AOR song),"Bed Of Roses","Stranded"(nice ballad),"Crossing Over" & "Is There Still Time"(nice AOR semi soft track)...pleasant album and worth having it...88/100
