Best thing Darby's ever done. Maybe you're approaching this like a Toronto or a Headpins record, well, this is far closer to the mannered AOR stylings of late 80s Lee Aaron or Chrissy Steele. Once you sink your teeth into "Never Look Back", you'll know you've found a gem. Total stabbing keys & anthem chorus! Next it's off to mid-tempo ballad land with "Cry to Me" & "Give It All Up". (BTW, judging from her pic inside, Shelley Andrushko (bass) is one of the hottest rocker chicks I have ever seen!)

COOL!!! Darby's CD is finally here. In 1998, guitar player Corey-James Philips autographed this CD for me. Great disc. Killer cuts - first three!

Along with the Aformentioned Chrissy Steele & Lee Aaron - S/T ,this is my favourite Female Fronted cd. Koogles is spot on when he says that this is the best thing Darby Mills has ever done (by a long mile). This contains 4 Stan Meissner written songs, of which 'Never Look Back' appeared on the mighty 'Metropolis' release a few years back. Mighty Mighty indeed

surprise only eight comments for this jewel before me.ok you are fan of heart and lee aaron ?(you have good taste).no hesitation buy this cd closed eyes.if you can ,cause this masterpiece ie a real raritie.darby mills follow exactly the same path than lee aaron and heart.this record is full of killer songs.she play at the same level (very high quality)than miss aaron and the wilson s sisters.so you know what you have to do.this jewel never see the light of day in japan and was never reissue.it s a mess!!!!!!!

fantastic debut for DARBY MILLS and really strange that it didnt have some success ,as i cant find anything missing here!superb songs, vocals, sound & production and especially "cry to me ","never look back' and "someone turn the light on' could be big hits!the rest of the band are very capable musos and overall an essential release for hard rockers

MMMMHHH!!! You are the same guy! Danny Waysted or Dany69!! Great to see you here too, Thanks Danny for all the great music you share with us. This is great record, love her work with Headpins and I think this is an evolution from Head Over Heels 1985 to this álbum in 1991. Fantastic Singer and a true legend in Canada.
