WELL ,STILL A GERMAN BAND ON LONG ISLAND RECORD(1992) ....A GOOD SURPRISE /GREAT HOOKLINES, TYPICAL EUROPEAN MELODIC HARD ROCK . A REALLY GOOD ALBUM BUT TOO SHORT! |

I've read descriptions of this band being compared to Bon Jovi, Bonfire and Jaded Heart. While this is not a bad album, it in no way compares to those three bands. |

A couple of fillers, yes, but a couple of gems too? Yes indeed! It's not a brilliant album, but I do think it is a very good melodic hard rock release. Especially a few of the opening tracks. Good album. I guess my comparison, if I had to make one, would be to 1st Avenue. A lot of keys, but still good melodic hard rock. |

Sorry gener8tr but the comparison with Bon Jovi is correct, not with Bonfire or Jaded heart. With a better production this cd should be awesome IMO.Great hooks, outstandin'choruses, the first track is killer, wow! If you know the italian band Vanadium(expecially"seventheaven"release)you'll find these guys very very close to them...9/10(I don t give it 10 only for the production) |

Superp album. Very solid hard rock. They're sounding like Bonfire the most but I'd thoroughly compare them to some rougher tracks of Bon Jovi, to Pink cream 69 or even a bit Helloween or Sic Vikki. I'm not particularly a hard rock fan (more of the AORish side of it). Nevertheless, it's not a bad album. My faves are "If your looks could kill" (you can't ignore the perfect hooks), "Tell me why", the sweet little ballad "Without you" & the last track which reminds me of some accoustic tracks from.. |

..Heart. You know, e.g. from the sensational "The road home" album (the cover version of "The river" is not too far from it). For AOR lovers I give this a 7,6/10 - for hard rock lovers it's an 8,9/10. |

..by the way, production is quite excellent I guess.. |

Excellent album. Comparing them to Bonjovi is doing them no justice. More Boysvoice ( German ) like. Two different worlds is a very nice melodic rock song. |
